Every gas spring batch goes through our in-house testing bench - force measurement, leak detection, and pressure stability checks using calibrated gauges. Our salt spray chamber runs continuous corrosion resistance tests, especially critical for stainless steel SS316 products used in marine and outdoor environments.
    Assembly and storage
Finished gas springs are staged on organized racks before final inspection and packaging sign-off - ensuring nothing ships without passing all checkpoints.
   Packaging and export readiness
Export-grade cardboard packaging, cut and stacked in-house. Orders are packed to survive sea freight, air freight, and long-distance handling - with labeling and quantity verification before every shipment leaves the facility.
